At AirDays (AirDays.in), we take pride in the quality of our car fragrances. However, if you receive a product that is not up to the mark, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- The product is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain situations where returns are not accepted:
- Products that have been opened or used (due to the nature of fragrance hygiene).
- Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong scent, please take a clear photo/video of the item and the packaging and email it to us at support@airdays.in immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
